
Fish with Potatoes and Vegetables
Prepare the Fish:
- Season the fish with salt, black pepper, and your preferred spices.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the fish on both sides until golden and fully cooked, or bake in the oven at 180°C until tender.
Prepare the Potatoes:
- Cut the potatoes into slices or cubes.
- Roast in the oven at 200°C with a drizzle of oil, salt, and pepper until golden and crispy, or boil until soft.
Prepare the Vegetables:
- Peel and slice the beetroot, carrots, and tomatoes.
- Roast them in the oven with a little oil for a rich flavor, or steam them for a healthier option.
Serve:
- Plate the cooked fish alongside the roasted or steamed vegetables and potatoes.
