Muhallebi with Cream

  • Mix the Ingredients:

    • In a saucepan, add the milk and cornstarch.
    • Stir well until the cornstarch is fully dissolved.
  • Cook the Mixture:

    • Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir continuously.
    • Add sugar (white or diet) and continue stirring until the mixture thickens.
  • Add the Cream:

    • Once the mixture reaches a thick consistency, remove it from the heat.
    • Add the cream and mix well until fully combined.
  • Serve & Chill:

    • Pour the mixture into serving cups or bowls.
    • Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
