
Muhallebi with Cream

Mix the Ingredients:
- In a saucepan, add the milk and cornstarch.
- Stir well until the cornstarch is fully dissolved.

Cook the Mixture:
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir continuously.
- Add sugar (white or diet) and continue stirring until the mixture thickens.

Add the Cream:
- Once the mixture reaches a thick consistency, remove it from the heat.
- Add the cream and mix well until fully combined.

Serve & Chill:
- Pour the mixture into serving cups or bowls.
- Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
