Vegetable Omelette

Prepare the Ingredients:

  1. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Chop the mixed vegetables as desired.
  3. Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and black pepper.

Cook the Omelette:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add the potatoes and cook until slightly golden and soft.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir until tender.
  4. Pour the beaten eggs over the vegetables and cook on low heat.
  5. Once set, flip or fold the omelette and cook until fully done.

  • 80g potatoes
  • 100g mixed vegetables
  • 60g eggs
  • 10g olive oil
  • Garlic, black pepper, salt
