
Vegetable Omelette
Prepare the Ingredients:
- Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
- Chop the mixed vegetables as desired.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and black pepper.
Cook the Omelette:
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Add the potatoes and cook until slightly golden and soft.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir until tender.
- Pour the beaten eggs over the vegetables and cook on low heat.
- Once set, flip or fold the omelette and cook until fully done.
